Many organisations recognise the value of developing a coaching culture but,
what does that mean in practical terms? This program
gives senior executives an understanding of how coaching
fits into and enhances their roles as managers and
leaders. More importantly, participants learn practical
tools and techniques so they can begin coaching immediately.
Follow-up support is provided to ensure participants
can apply what they learn into their particular circumstances.
