COACHING SKILLS FOR LEADERS and MANAGERS

Many organisations recognise the value of developing a coaching culture but, what does that mean in practical terms?  This program gives senior executives an understanding of how coaching fits into and enhances their roles as managers and leaders. More importantly, participants learn practical tools and techniques so they can begin coaching immediately.   Follow-up support is provided to ensure participants can apply what they learn into their particular circumstances.

Participants in the program develop:
• The effective use of coaching in a leadership context
• The ability to immediately apply practical coaching tools and skills
• The ability to build relationships of trust with stakeholders
• How to help others deal with change
• The ability to identify development needs and coach appropriately.
• The ability to “tell it like it is”
• The skills to handle difficult conversations
• An enhanced ability to empower others
