The Institute of Executive Coaching is a widely known and well respected trainer of Executive Coaches and attracts high calibre participants from throughout Australasia.

We offer three levels of experiential and practical training in Executive Coaching, with initial certification after Level One and full Institute accreditation after Level Three. This accreditation program (consisting of all three levels) is recognised by the International Coach Federation as an accredited coach training program (ACTP). 

Our coach training program incorporates intensive and interactive workshop components, as well as reflective learning tasks, practical experience, coaching supervision and membership of our community of practice for ongoing professional development.  The entire program has been designed, and is delivered, by the Institute's highly experienced training team, including Dr Hilary Armstrong, John Matthews and Chip McFarlane. 

After completion of the Institute's Level Two program, it is possible to apply for International Coach Federation credentials via their Portfolio method, and after completion of Level Three via the ACTP method.
