Return on Investment and Executive Coaching

One of the most frequently cited dilemmas in the executive coaching field is the issue of return on investment (ROI) as a measure of coaching effectiveness. This article examines ROI and puts the case for and against trying to measure coaching in this way. This paper was presented at the ICF Australasia 2007 Conference in Melbourne in October 2007.
