Research shows that 'emotional intelligence' is what separates successful workplace leaders from less successful ones (Hay/McBer Research and Innovation Group 1997).
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the capacity to recognise emotional states - your own and those of others - and incorporate it into relationships. It heightens the ability to make choices about responding to others and taking appropriate action. It forms the basis of high-performing relationships and enables leaders to reach their potential in work and life.
The program is customised to your organisation’s needs; however the key material can be effectively packaged as a one or two day workshop plus a minimum of two follow-on group coaching clinics. These clinics are essential to support learning and embed the skills developed during the workshop.
